The director’s development experience (DDE) has the 3Cs:
Confidence, Collaboration and Creativity at its core and it has been carefully designed to reflect the Leadership Framework.
There are three areas of Learning Focus in DDE:
Driving strategic impact
– Be strategic
– Make choices
– Execute decisions
Leading your teams to high performance
– Create habits of a winning team
– Understand team dynamics fora diverse and inclusive team
Leading people through change
– Lead the structural side of change
– Lead the human side of change
Learning objectives are required in order to design the DDE course as the objectives form the basis for deciding the content, instructional method, evaluation, course duration, and cost. Good learning objectives provided at the beginning of the course fulfill the adult learning principle. This is the learning principle that adults need in order to know why they should learn something.
